I'm so glad to say i got ahold of a little 2005 sony cybershot and
dvd camcorder this week!!! I found it while cleaning out one of the closets,
and I am so pleased with the pictures it takes. It's in great condition.
I honestly wasn't expecting to find it as i had thought it was somewhere in storage...I'm happy to know i was wrong!

I've been wanting a digicam of my own for a while now, but
secondhand prices have gotten kind of insane with their recent revival among zoomers...
I actually have another still on the way from a mutual of mine who was kind enough to send it to me (i love you Roger!!!!!!)
and i cant wait to compare them when it comes in the mail. It's been a while since i've had a digicam
so i've been fiddling with the settings for the past few days and i finally feel satisfied with the output.

With this find i'm probably gonna stop relying on my phone for pictures
(aside from those taken for practical reasons) which i'm stoked about. I just love the look old point and shoots
have so much, nothing beats a CCD sensor for me. Something about iphone photos is kind of, like, soulless in my opinion?
It's all just very refined. It feels good to have a device on me specifically for taking pictures now instead of relying on whats essentially
the swiss army knife of technology to do the job.

Camera aside, i'm equally excited about the dvd handycam. I dont have all of the parts for it yet (charger and dvd missing)
and god knows where they are now so at some point i'll have to get em, but i think it's worth the cost.
